The framework scores five dimensions, abbreviated PIAAF: Perception, Identity, Alignment, Action, and Feedback. Scores are mapped against the 100 GTM failure nodes to locate exactly where the system breaks, and the output is sequenced into a prioritized action plan with a revenue-leak estimate attached.
The OS designation is deliberate. An audit describes a moment. An operating system governs how the motion runs after the engagement ends, including the operating cadence that keeps definitions enforced and the conditions that make AI agents safe to deploy.
