Most GTM problems are issues of structure, not strategy. The misalignment of an organization's people, processes and technology is called incoherence. Until a coherent system is put in place every aspect of your revenue motion is subject to drift.

Golden Ratio GTM exists to find that drift and close it: to get the revenue system back into proportion so the next tool, hire, or campaign actually compounds. A system in proportion grows. A system out of proportion leaks.

Golden Ratio GTM is led by Nick McGuire. He's spent two decades inside B2B go-to-market: marketing leadership, performance marketing, CRM architecture, AI agent deployment, outbound sequences, SDR management, and revenue ownership.
