SIGNAL-TO-PIPELINE BUILD

Turn buying signals into sales action.

The Signal-to-Pipeline Build is a fixed-scope engagement. We engineer the system that connects your buying signals to the CRM, account intelligence, routing, and the rep's next move, inside your own stack.

01WHO IT'S FOR

Your demand has outgrown your GTM systems.

The Build is for sales-led B2B companies with real buyer activity and systems that haven't kept pace. It fits if:

  • Buyers visit your site, and sales can't tell which accounts they were.
  • Signals from your tools never reach the CRM.
  • Reps research accounts by hand before every outreach.
  • You bought AI tools, and the way revenue work gets done hasn't changed.
  • Your automations are separate workflows with nothing connecting them.
02HOW IT WORKS

One system, from signal to pipeline.

Every buying signal moves through the same five steps inside your stack, and what the pipeline shows feeds back into both the system and the strategy behind it.

A buying signal is identified, understood, and acted on, and becomes pipeline. Outcomes feed back into the system and the strategy.
  1. 01. Signal: Website activity, engagement, company events, and product or CRM behavior.
  2. 02. Identify: Resolve the company, people, opportunity, buying group, and relationship.
  3. 03. Understand: Enrich the account, research the context, qualify the signal, and work out why it matters now.
  4. 04. Act: Update the CRM, route ownership, notify the rep, create the task, draft outreach, or trigger the right workflow.
  5. 05. Pipeline: Connect each action to meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
  6. Feedback, from Pipeline back to Signal. What the pipeline shows feeds back into the system, to tune signals, qualification, and routing, and into the strategy, to sharpen targeting, messaging, positioning, offers, and channels.

04THE BUILD

What we build

One defined Build in four stages. The written proposal scopes each stage to your stack, your data, and your motion.

  1. 01

    Map

Your ICP, messaging, demand motion, systems, data, and signals, and where buyer activity goes unused.

  2. 02

    Architect

One system design, from signal to pipeline, shaped by who you sell to and what you offer, and agreed in writing before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build

Workflows, integrations, AI research, automation, and CRM changes, built inside your stack.

  4. 04

    Launch

Tested, deployed, documented, and handed to your team.

The Build stage connects signal capture, visitor identification, enrichment, CRM architecture, AI research, scoring, routing, and measurement. What each one involves is in the GTM engineering guide.

Engineering starts with the GTM strategy.

Before we automate the motion, we evaluate the targeting, positioning, messaging, offers, channels, and conversion paths that determine what the system will execute. That judgment is informed by founder Nick McGuire's 15 years of performance marketing experience.

05OWNERSHIP

Built in your stack. Owned by you.

Golden Ratio builds inside your CRM and your tools and documents every rule. No Golden Ratio software sits in between.

What you own after the Build

  • Your CRM and the data in it
  • Every workflow, automation, and integration we build
  • The AI agents we build and the prompts behind them
  • The system logic: scoring, qualification, and routing rules
  • The architecture documentation
06AFTER LAUNCH

Managed GTM Engineering

Optional. The Build creates the system. Managed GTM Engineering keeps it healthy and makes it better.

  • Maintain

Keep integrations, workflows, routing, automations, and data healthy.

  • Improve

Tune qualification, enrichment, AI workflows, reporting, routing, and system performance. When results point to a messaging, targeting, offer, or channel problem, we recommend what to change.

  • Expand

Add new signals, revenue plays, automations, experiments, and GTM capabilities as the motion evolves.

Managed GTM Engineering follows a Build. It can start without one only if a review of your existing stack shows the architecture is already sound.

07PRICING

How pricing works

Fixed build fee, scoped in a written proposal.

What shapes the scope

  • The number and complexity of signal sources
  • The systems and integrations involved
  • The CRM architecture changes required
  • Workflow and routing complexity
  • The breadth of activation being built

The written proposal then sets the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, and the fixed build fee. Managed GTM Engineering is scoped separately.

FAQ

Questions about the Build

How long does a Build take?

The timeline is set in the written proposal and depends on scope. Dakota Software's build took one quarter.

Do we have to replace our current tools?

No. The Build starts from the stack you have and adds or replaces a tool only where the system needs it. Attio is the CRM we recommend, and no engagement requires it.

Attio implementation

Do we need Managed GTM Engineering after launch?

No. It's optional and scoped separately.
